Scheduled departures for a small number of travellers: small enough to eat in a family home or walk a quiet lane together, with fixed dates and a set price per person.
Large enough for good company, small enough for the places larger groups can't reach: a family kitchen, an artisan's workshop, a village lane.
Each departure has a published date and per-person price, with hotels, transport within China, guides and the listed meals and experiences included.
Every small-group itinerary can also be run as a private departure for your own party on your own dates.
