What Happens Next

A member of our China-based team reads your inquiry and replies by email, typically within 24 hours on business days.
We ask a few follow-up questions if needed, then send a suggested itinerary with a price.
You refine it with us until it feels right. Nothing is booked until you confirm.

When to Get in Touch

We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 months before your travel dates so there is time for visas, trains, domestic flights and the hotels you want. Not sure about details yet? That's fine. Tell us what you know and we'll help shape the rest.

Common Questions

Visas, what's included in the price, paying in China, internet access and group sizes are covered in our FAQ. Practical tips for your trip are in the travel guide.
